OG Vapes Phuse

The OG Vapes Phuse features a combination of reverse airflow technology and a ceramic heating chamber. This provide you with an efficient and evenly vaporized concentrates.

The Phuse vape is equipped with an 850mAH battery, OG Vapes Phuse supports pass-through charging. This allows you to use it as you charge it.

This device heats within 5 seconds and has three temperature settings. It is compatible with a range of glass-on-glass attachment. it's suitable for any female-jointed bongs with a 14mm adapter included.

Operation:

1. Fully charge the Phuse battery using your USB-C port located on the bottom.
2. The LED button will shine RED while charging and turn GREEN when fully charged. The LED button will blink red 10 times. If the battery short circuits or an improper tank connection, the LED will blink red five times.
3. Twist the Phuse tank into the tank housing.
4. Press the Phuse male/female glass adapter into the adapter.
5. Insert the Phuse into the female joint of the water pipe.
6. Remove the cover of the Phuse Tank
7. Load concentrates into the bottom ceramic plate. (Only use with concentrates)
8. Quickly press the Phuse power button five times to turn it on/off.
9. Change the voltage output levels by pressing the power button three times.
10. Quickly press the button two times to initiate automatic heating. The button will flash for 4 seconds indicating reheat phase, then hold solid for extra 10 seconds to indicate the max heat output.
11. Press and hold the side button of the Phuse battery housing after the heat activation. This will help with the increased air flow and clearance of vapor from the water pipe.

*After consecutive uses, allow the tank to cool for at least two minutes before touching it again.

Packages are shipping via UPS ( our primary carrier ) or USPS and are usually delivered 1-6 business days depending on your location. Orders that are paid for expedited shipping have a different transit time.

We process order within 1-2 Business days ( Monday- Friday).

CONDITION

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return them if you change your mind for any reason. Returns must be brand-new and unopened, and up until our receiving facility receives them, the client is responsible for them.

Based on the reason for the return either us or the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges. After you start the return process a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. If you are returning a damaged or wrong item, you will receive a full refund upon receiving the item back to our warehouse. If you are returning your item for any other reason, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that all items must be returned in new, unused condition. If we receive items back that have been used, you will not be refunded.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, simply begin the return process by clicking the button below and we will take care of shipping costs to receive the item back to our warehouse. Once we have received the item back your refund will be issued within 48 business hours. If you'd still like to receive the product you will then need to place a new order.

Important: All items are quality checked before leaving the warehouse. Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as items will not be replaced or refunded after use.

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

While we take every care to ensure that you are sent the correct items, mistakes can occasionally be made. If you find that you have received the wrong products we will happily replace them with the correct items at no charge to yourself. Simply start the return process by clicking the button below. You will then be provided with a pre-paid shipping label to ship the incorrect item(s) back to us. Once we've received the items back to our warehouse we will ship out your replacement item(s) within 48 hours.

UNWANTED PRODUCT

If you would like return your items for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. You will be responsible for return shipping for unwanted items. After we've received the item(s) back to our warehouse you will be refunded minus any return shipping charges within 48 hours.

Please note: All returns must be received back to our warehouse in new, UNUSED condition. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS if your product has been used.
