We are located in Paramount, CA. It is 10 miles east from Los Angeles Downtown.

Unfortunately, we do not allow customer to visit our warehouse since we only ship from warehouse.

We are open Monday - Fri day from 8:30am - 5pm Pacific Time. You can contact us via Phone, email or live chat, at any time. During our business hours you can expect a response typically within 30 minutes. Outside our business hour we will be sure to respond within 24 business hours.

We offer wide range smoking accessories. However, We DO NOT sell any product with Nicotine. We are official retailer for CALI CLOUDX Brand and more smoking accessories. All products on this site are intended for tobacco use only.

No we do not have minimum restriction. However, we offer FREE SHIPPING on order above $50. Shipping will be applied on orders below $50.

Yes, we offer free shipping if your order is equal to or greater than a total of $50, you reside in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Our primary carrier is UPS Ground. We also offer USPS services.

Upon fulfillment of your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, shipping provider and shipping service included.


We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

We have also also partnered with ViaBill so you can pay only 25% of the price up front and pay the rest within the following three months with 0% interest. 

You can also use CLOUDX Gift card to make a purchase.

The bank/credit card billing statement will say that you were charged by Cali Cloudx. Cali Cloudx  is a DBA of The BNB Crafts Inc.

It usually takes 3-4 business days to fully refund your product.

Due to strict restrictions on tobacco products and functional glass products we are not able to accept PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay as a payment option.

Your credit card information is collected on a secure HTTPS web page using SSL. We use credit card processing firms that are fully PCI-DSS compliant, which means they meet all industry standards for cardholder security. We never store your credit card number or your security code (CVV code).

There can be several reasons why your order was canceled.
Your order may have been canceled due to fraudulent order detected by our fraud detection service. Make sure to provide the correct billing address, zip code, expiration date, and CVV number associated with the credit card.

If you were refunded after fulfillment this is usually due to an inventory issue and we did not have the required stock to completely fulfill your order. When available, we will first contact you to see if you would like a substitution. If no substitutions are available, you will be automatically refunded for the missing item(s).

You can always update the addresses used on your account by visiting the " My Addresses" page. You must be logged in to your account to update your address.

If you've already placed an order and would like to change the shipping address on that order, you may do so any time up until the time your order goes to fulfillment. To do so visit the "My Orders" page and choose "Edit or Cancel" next to the order you'd like to change. You can also edit or cancel your order by clicking the "View My Order" link in your order confirmation email
