Returns are only accepted in case where buyer have received different product then they have ordered and the damaged one.
Buyer are required to notify about damage/missing products within a week or 7 business days from the date of delivery. Unless notified, delivered products are deemed to be found satisfactory after a week of delivered date.
Refund or exchanged method
All shipping charges are non refundable. Once we receive the notification of damage or missing product, we will ship replacement with free shipping, adjusted in the next order or payment will be refunded immediately. For return shipments we will provide the return label.
It may take upto 3-5 business days to show refunded amount in your credit card. Please provide us at least a week to deliver your refunded check by mail.
